I cannot stress how great this shop is. Our daughter had a bad oil change at Hattiesburg wal-mart where they stripped out the filter replacing it and we had the car towed here for assessment. Luckily only the filter was stripped and we got an oil change (more like oil fill up since all the other oil ran out on the pavement from that blown filter) a new filter and we're good to go. I was impressed with the service and the fact that they were so honest. The price was reasonable too about 60 bucks. We sent our daughter's 05 Camry back to them yesterday for a full assessment since she is driving to PA for graduate school and we'd never had this car checked over. I feel fully confident that we got a fair, thorough and complete assessment of things that needed maintenance considering I basically asked them to tell me everything that's mechanically wrong with this 21 year old car and the tally only came out to $1800. I feel better knowing she will be on the road in a safe vehicle and I appreciate the team at Eagle Tire West for giving me that peace of mind. List of services we received: Oil change, timing belt adjustment, cabin air filter, inspect brakes and brake pads, alignment, inspec

My mother and I came by there earlier this week and they were wonderful! The process was easy as it could be. Ummm also, who is the man in the shop area that was wearing the Goodyear t-shirt!?!? I'll definitely be coming back!!😅

One of the most honest and reliable automotive repair shops in Hattiesburg. They handled a pretty complicated issue with one of our fleet vehicles. It was diagnosed and fixed extremely fast. They called with updates and answered any questions I had. I will be taking all 7 of our vehicles there from now on!
